the short version

my story

Food has always been at the heart of my life. Some of my happiest memories are of my family gathered around the table, sharing a meal and each other's company. To me, that's what food is about: bringing people together.

But I didn't truly understand its power until I experienced it firsthand. When I started cooking with whole, nourishing ingredients, everything changed. My energy came back, my body felt different, and my whole life began to shift. That's when I fell in love with holistic cooking, and it's why I trained in holistic nutrition and became a chef.

Now, I want to share that with as many people as I can. Whether I'm cooking for your family each week or creating a plan for you to follow at home, my hope is that you'll feel the same change I did, one meal at a time.

Until recently I cooked weekly for families on the North Shore in West Vancouver, Canada. Now I'm moving to Marbella, and I'm taking the same service with me.

my training

where I learned what I know

first, psychology

My path started with a bachelor's degree in psychology, which taught me that how we eat is shaped as much by our minds and emotions as by what's on the plate. That led me to train in holistic nutrition with NutraPhoria, where I learned how food can truly nourish the body.

Diploma

advanced holistic nutrition

NutraPhoria, 2026

Training in holistic nutrition taught me that food is so much more than fuel. The right meals can change your energy, your mood and how you feel in your own body.

in the kitchen

I learned to love cooking from my grandma. Her pancakes were the first thing I ever really made, and from then on I was in the kitchen every chance I got.

In the kitchen, I'm self-taught. I've been developing recipes and experimenting since 2016, and I've come to specialize in swapping ingredients for allergies and dietary restrictions, so no one has to miss out. That passion grew into over five years of creating food content and a cookbook built around dietary needs. I'm always learning on the job, and honestly, that's how I learn best.

Today I bring it all together, whether I'm helping athletes fuel their training or cooking for families with strict diets: an understanding of people, the science of nutrition, and a real love of cooking.

how I cook

(my five house rules)
Rule no. 1

seasonal and local

Plenty of fresh Spanish produce from local markets, cooked at its best.

Rule no. 2

whole foods, nothing fussy

Real ingredients, simply prepared, so the flavour speaks for itself.

Rule no. 3

gluten-free friendly, always

Everything can be made gluten-free, so nobody at the table misses out.

Rule no. 4

built around your needs

I specialise in cooking around dietary requirements, from allergies to pregnancy.

Rule no. 5

taste first, every time

Nourishing food should still be the best part of your day.

why marbella

I came to Marbella to explore another way of life, and fell in love with how people here eat: long lunches, fresh markets and food made to be shared. Here, food is an experience, something you enjoy slowly with the people you love. I found that completely enchanting, and it's exactly how I want to cook for you.

Living nearby? I'm a private chef in Marbella for families, villas and dinners at home.
