prices and payment

Prices are in euros. Checkout may show your own currency at a price I've set for it, and you pay what checkout shows. For buyers in the EU and the UK, tax is included. For buyers in Canada and the US, any tax is added at checkout.

Meal plans, coaching and gift vouchers are paid through Stripe, food calls through Cal.com's payment service, Cal Pay, when you book, and private chef bookings by invoice. I never see your full card details.

the feel-good meal plan

You go straight to your PDF download once you have paid. If you miss that page, the link also comes by email. Your checkout page and receipt show who the seller is: this plan may be sold through Link, Stripe's payment service, and then Link handles the tax and any refund of that sale.

If you live in the EU or the UK, you normally have 14 days to change your mind, but that right ends once your download starts, if you agreed to that at checkout. If you made a mistake, email me and we will find a solution.

the custom meal plan

Once you have paid, you go to a questionnaire about how you eat, and your plan comes as a PDF within 5 working days of your answers. If you close the page before you see the questionnaire, I'll email it to you.

I write each plan for one person, so once I've started on yours it can't be refunded. Until then, email me and I'll refund you. What you paid counts towards pregnancy coaching if you join within 30 days of buying your plan.

Each plan is for one person's use and protected by copyright, so please don't share or resell the PDF or your link: a shared link may be switched off.

pregnancy coaching

Coaching opens in January 2027 and runs month to month. You pay at the start of each month and can cancel at any time from your account or by emailing me. Coaching then ends when the month you've paid for ends.

The first 10 places are €295 a month for as long as you stay. Later places are €385 a month. If you cancel and come back later, you join at the price of the day. If you live in the EU or the UK, you can cancel within 14 days of joining. If we've already started, I'll keep the part of the month we've used.

food calls

A food call is one video call of 30 or 60 minutes. Your booking email has a link to move or cancel it. If I can't make our call, I'll offer you a new time or refund you in full. If you live in the EU or the UK and you book a call more than 14 days ahead, you can cancel within those 14 days for a full refund.

With 48 hours' notice or more, I refund you in full. If you cancel with less than 48 hours' notice, I refund 50% of the call, or all of it if I can fill your slot. For a serious illness or emergency, I refund all of it. The 14 days above come first: if you cancel within them, you get your full refund however close the call is.

private chef bookings

I cook in Spain. A 50% deposit holds the date for private dinners and villa stays, with the balance due before the booking. Villa stays also have a grocery float upfront. Weekly meal prep has a two-month minimum and is paid a week ahead. Deposits are refundable up to 14 days before your booking.

Tell me about allergies and diets before I cook. I cook with care, but I cook in your kitchen, so I can't promise any dish is free of traces of an allergen.

gift vouchers

Gift vouchers for postpartum meal prep come as one week (€275) or a 4-week package (€1,100). The buyer gets a printable, numbered gift card by email. Each number can be used once. Groceries are billed once the voucher is used. Vouchers are for my cooking in Spain, so check I cook where the recipient lives. Email me to book.
