"help me eat well, bump to baby"

pregnancy food coaching

from trying, through pregnancy, and the months after

This season of life changes everything, including how you eat. Some days you're full of energy, other days you can barely face the fridge. I'm here to make food feel simple again, with one-to-one support that meets you exactly where you are, so you can nourish yourself and your growing baby without the overwhelm. Places open in January 2027: join the waitlist and you'll hear first.

is this for you?

honest answer below

it's for you if

  • you're trying for a baby and want to nourish your body well
  • you're pregnant and want simple, comforting meals for the tired days
  • you've just had your baby and need food that's quick, filling and one-handed
  • you'd love someone in your corner as everything changes

what it isn't

  • medical, midwifery or dietetic care: your midwife and doctor lead your pregnancy
  • advice on a condition such as gestational diabetes (I'll point you back to your care team)
  • dieting or weight loss in pregnancy

how it works

small steps, in order

We'll work together online, one to one. Together, we'll figure out what to cook and eat at each stage, built around how you're feeling and the time you actually have. As your body and life change, your plan changes with you.

  1. join the waitlist

A few questions, so I know where you are: trying, expecting or a new mum. When a place opens, you hear first.

  2. our first call

45 minutes by video. We look at how you eat now and plan your first week of meals.

  3. every week

A check-in by message: what worked, what didn't, and what to adjust.

  4. every month

A second call on what's working and next month's menus. Month to month, for as long as it helps.

good questions

ask me anything else
Is this medical or dietetic advice?

No. I'm a chef trained in holistic nutrition, and coaching is about food and cooking. Your midwife and doctor lead your care; if anything medical comes up, I'll send you back to them.

When does coaching open?

I'm opening a small first group in January 2027. Everyone on the waitlist hears first.

I bought a custom plan. Does it count towards coaching?

Yes. Join coaching within 30 days of buying your plan, and what you paid for it counts towards your coaching.

What happens after I join the waitlist?

You get an email from me straight away. When a place opens, I message you to set up a free 15-minute chat, so we can both check it fits before you pay anything. Then your first month starts.

What if I can't face cooking some days?

Then we plan for those days too: food that's ready in minutes, a few things in the freezer, and no guilt about a takeaway.

Will you tell me what to avoid in pregnancy?

Your midwife gives you the official list. I help you cook around it, so the list doesn't take the joy out of food.

Can I start before I'm pregnant, or after the birth?

Yes. Whether you're trying, expecting or a few months in, we start from where you are.

Can I do it from anywhere?

Yes, it's all online and in English. We pick call times that suit both our time zones.

How much does it cost to have a nutrition coach?

It varies a lot, from a single session to ongoing monthly support. My pregnancy food coaching is €295 a month for the first 10 places, kept for as long as you stay, then €385 a month. That includes two one-to-one calls a month, weekly check-ins by message, and menus and recipes for each stage.

Do I need a nutrition coach during pregnancy?

You don't need one, but many women love having the support. Your midwife and doctor look after your pregnancy; I'm here for the everyday part: what to cook, what to eat when you're tired or nauseous, and how to keep meals simple and nourishing as everything changes.

Coaching is food and cooking guidance, not medical, midwifery or dietetic advice. Your midwife and doctor lead your care; for a health condition, talk to them or to a registered dietitian.
