is it for you?

It's for you if

  • you want to eat well without planning every meal
  • you like simple, whole food, cooked at home
  • you want one shop for the week, not five
  • you'd like to try my cooking before a custom plan

It isn't for you if

  • you need a medical diet: talk to a doctor or a registered dietitian first
  • you want calorie counts (the recipes don't show them)
  • you want every recipe meat-free (most include meat or fish, though you can swap them)
  • you want a plan written around you: the custom plan does that

"I have never felt so safe with food in my life thanks to the feel good meal plan! I purchased the 14 day plan, and enjoyed it so much, I then opted for the 30 day custom plan. My energy levels, mindset, and digestion have improved drastically. I highly recommend working with Emma, she truly understands the ups and downs that happen in a wellness journey."

"I'm an executive at a large human resources organization. I struggle with creativity when it comes time to making myself healthy, nutritious meals. I couldn't keep making the same things day after day. When I was on Instagram, my eye caught EatWithEmma. I signed up for the 14 day plan and followed the plan religiously. Its easy to follow, and is very good. I like the idea of following the meal plan, but at the same time adding my own little twists to the recipes. Emma, I love what your plans offer, they have been really helpful to me, as well making me feel i'm doing what I need to do to keep my mind and body healthy. I definitely recommend signing up for a plan, you'll definitely enjoy making the food and feel so much the better for it."

"I really enjoy the meal plans Emma provides! It is a meal plan with a lot of suggestions and alternatives which allows you to still be able to enjoy all the foods you love, never have to feel hungry and feel good in your own skin. Emma really listened to me when making my meal plan and focused on the amount of time I have and my exercise levels. The meal plan is well adjusted to my life and the types of food I love. I highly recommend!!"

good questions

The ones I get most.

I don't have time. Will it work for me?

Yes. The recipes are written for a busy week, with batch cooking and a time on each one. The longest is a 45-minute oven bake, and you can walk away while it cooks.

When does it arrive?

Straight away, as a PDF: the plan, the recipe guide and the grocery list.

What if I don't eat certain things?

Every recipe can be changed to suit you. It's a guide, not a rulebook. The custom plan starts from what you eat and what you avoid.

I'm not much of a cook. Can I make these?

Yes. The steps are short and clear, and some recipes need no cooking at all.

Is it vegetarian?

Mostly not: most recipes include meat or fish. You can swap them to suit you, or tell me what you don't eat in the custom plan's questionnaire.

Do the recipes show calories?

No. The plans are about eating whole food that you enjoy, not counting it.

How long can I keep it?

For good. Cook it as many times as you like.

The plans are food and cooking guidance, not medical or dietetic advice. If you have a health condition, talk to a doctor or a registered dietitian first.

Want a plan written around your week? The custom meal plan is 30 days, with a questionnaire about how you eat after you pay.
